Since its inception, KCST students have benefited from a fully developed, expansive, and contemporary campus environment. With a capacity to accommodate approximately 1800 students, the campus offers exceptional amenities including a distinguished 520-seat Auditorium, two Lecture Theatres each seating 250 individuals, mini theatres, smart classrooms, spacious and advanced laboratories, as well as a purpose-built library and educational center.
Furthermore, the campus features comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage and a secure ICT system supported by two parallel data centers equipped with automatic failover technology and a 10Gbps fiber backbone. Outdoor sports facilities are available, and plans are underway for the construction of an indoor sports center offering a complete range of sporting activities.
Additionally, the campus is equipped with an advanced Building Management System (BMS) and operates its own Waste Water Treatment facility, ensuring that wastewater undergoes treatment for reuse in plant irrigation purposes.

A fully equipped clinic managed by a licensed nurse is established at KCST campus in order to ensure the safety and good health of students and staff.
As part of our development, we have shaded parking lots with more than 150 parking spaces to accommodate more vehicles which will lead us to an excellent parking facility. Special car parks are reserved for handicap students.
